International renowned Dancehall superstar Sean Paul has joined the Pandora Billionaires Club after he surpassed a billion streams on the platform.
The Grammy-winning entertainer revealed through his verified Instagram account on Friday (July 23), that his team informed him he was going for an interview with Pandora when they surprised him with the plaque.
The surprise presentation, held in Kingston, Jamaica, was set to commemorate Sean Paul’s 1.7 billion streams to date on the streaming platform. In addition, Sean will be added to Pandora’s Pop Billionaires and R&B Billionaires stations.
This accolade places Sean Paul in the company of other Pandora Billionaires like John Legend, Johnny Cash, Kirk Franklin, and Keith Urban among others.
The Pandora plaque comes on the heels of Sean Paul’s recently released album ‘ Live N Livin’ on his Dutty Rock Productions.
He’s also gearing up for the release of his next album, Scorcher.
Some of Sean Paul’s most popular album releases include Dutty Rock , The Trinity , Imperial Blaze and Full Frequency.
